    • Citygate

      Citygate is a retailer of VW cars in London and the home counties. Following years of growth they had 350 employees, 50 leaders and 11 dealerships. With this had come the challenge of getting everyone heading in a unified direction with the right culture and leadership behaviour to achieve sustainable high levels of customer service across the group.

      MAX VMG were brought in to help them by working with the Executive Team to establish a new Vision for the Organisation, establish a set of Values and create a Leadership Model and development programme to bring this to life. They also had aspirations of being a Best Companies Top 100 Company to work. All aims were achieved, and in 2015 they were awarded Best Companies One Star status, the highest achievable.

    • Stonewater

      Stonewater is a top 10 UK housing association with 36000 properties under their management, and was created through a merger between Raglan and Jephson in 2015. MAX VMG were brought in to help with the transition to one entity, including working with the combined Executive Teams and Board to form the Vision, Values and Leadership Model that would ensure success moving forwards.

      In addition to this, MAX VMG has worked extensively with the new Executive Teams and Board on their leadership and team effectiveness, as well as helping them with several strategic planning sessions creating a 5 year plan for the organisation. We are now working with L&D to co-create a 4 stage leadership Development programme including custom built 360 rolling out in Q4 2016.

    • Talarius

      Talarius is A UK leader in the provision and operation of 160 Slot Arcades under well known high street brands such as Quiksilver. MAX VMG were brought in to work with the 4 senior executives and 13 Senior leaders to provide a leadership development programme to upskill the leadership and take the business to the next level with an ambitious 2020 turnover target as the backdrop for the programme. During the roll-out in Q2, 3 and 4 of 2016 the company was brought out by the global leader in the Industry Novamatic, requiring the programme to flex and adapt content with a much higher slant towards leading change. MAX VMG were quick to respond and the programme has been an outright success aiding the business to continue double digit growth theorugh one of its most challenging times.

    • Barclays India Finance

      Barclays India Finance has seen meteoric growth over the last 2 years following the parent group strategy to offshore much of the finance functions to this new location. MAX VMG was brought in to work with the senior leadership team in Chennai to prepare and upskill them for the new challenge of doubling the workforce whilst continuing to deliver crucial functions for the business against some challenging deadlines. The programme included getting clear on the vision for the function, designing the strategy to get there whilst assessing the organisations current capability in relation to this. A strategic plan was created supported by project leads for each stream. Several leadership interventions and individual coaching have supported the roll-out of this and the location continues to make great strides towards it’s goals.

    • Reliance India

      Reliance is one of the largest companies in India and number 122 in the world. Involved in petrochemicals, retail and technology it’s at the forefront of the drive for Indian companies to be seen as world class on the global stage. MAX VMG were commissioned to support the roll out of a new set of values and leadership expectations through a series of high impact leadership interventions for first and senior level leaders as a key stage in their cultural development. Twelve months down the line over 900 leaders have been through the programme, all scoring it highly for its effectiveness to embed a new way of working and language in the leadership team. The next phase is to build capability in Indian faculty to deliver the programme and as such MAX VMG has been pivotal to upskilling and co-delivering with local trainers in pursuit of this.
